TopTech has some protocols/ guidelines needed to help the customer with services that satisfy
the request initiated and completed. It's important to follow these protocols for enabling us to give unmatched
and exceptional services.
TopTech adds an amount of 5% GST on every service
TopTech provides free pickup and free drop off for all placed orders and/or services as needed
The pickup and drop off time is scheduled between 10.00 to 2.00 pm MST (Moundain Standard Time)
Please Note:---If there arises, situations where the shop is closed or not taken for any reason
by the customer, the time of pickup is assigned only when the next work is scheduled or fixed.
Incases otherwise the above situation, it's requested to please drop the item at the store
Laptop fixing is charged with a Diagnostic Fee of $20, which is
returned only when we would not be able to fix the laptop or due to
unavailability of specific parts or when there is any delay in fetching the parts needed.
If ever you need Same Day Fixing/Service, we would add a $20 fee in addition to the normal charges.
We function at Business hour from Monday to Saturday with Sunday being closed.
The time we would be able to help you with any service is from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
In cases when either, we run short of parts or don't have the parts available as requested, our fixing time will change accordingly.
During the order placing, if for any part there apply freight charges, the service would be delayed. Kindly note that we would not be responsible for this delay.
All payments to TopTech should be carried out via Cash, Credit cards or Debit cards or even through cheque.
All repair costs are fixed and not liable to change.
In situations where, the service return is applicable, an appropriate return amount would be adjusted in the next invoice that's scheduled to be sent to you.
In scenarios where, the parts prices go up or shoot up, we will notify you of the service by email or other communicative forms.
Any work that begins will be done only after you agree on, the updated arts price list sent to you.
